Sy pun baru try mcm2 cara bg baby tak lapar and mommy tk penat masa ganti puasa kali ni. Sblm puasa, mlm tu sy pump susu dulu dlm 4-5 oz utk bekal baby esok hari, and masa sahur sy mnum susu farm fresh kurma, mkn kurma lagi, and mnum air kosong byk2,. Alhamdulillah so far tk penat sgt 😅

Sy pump in case waktu tgh hari tu tk larat sbb haritu musim panas teruk sgt area rumah sy, so blh cover sikit2 😂 so far ok lah
