Sabar ya, bed rest kat hospital memang challenging jugak, especially kalau lama-lama! A few of my mum friends went through similar situations, some due to bleeding, preeclampsia lah, or other pregnancy concerns, and they say the hardest part is the boredom and feeling helpless, but it's really all worth it to keep baby safe. Make sure you're asking your nurses and doctors lots of questions about what you can and cannot do, sebab sometimes ada flexibility lah, like certain mums managed to walk to the toilet sendiri or sit up for a bit depending on their condition.
