Looks like a rash caused by milk/drool. Do wipe your baby’s face with boiled water after every feed and use a towel to wipe the drool on the face as and when required. Apply moisturiser too. Do see a PD if it doesn’t get better within 2-3 days. It could be eczema or an allergic reaction.
Try clean with water everyday
