So thirsty.

Any mummy always feel so thirsty on Sec trimester? Is it normal?

Yes! Pre pregnant I drink ard 1.8-2litres a day, At second trimester I'm drinking 2.4litres a day (600ml waterbottle x4), at third trimester I'm drinking 3litres a day (6 bottles)

Our body temperature is higher during pregnancy especially now with such hot weather, stay hydrated with lots of water
