Some people also use olbas oil (just drip on tissue and put near baby, not to apply on baby) for congested nose. 1 month old don't have much med to take, only can use iliadin nose drops and paracetamol if she's running a fever. Nasal aspirator is helpful for runny nose coz she can't blow her own nose yet.
