When to buy baby thermometer ?

Mine I bought when baby was around 8months when she got covid. My father in law bought an expensive one from unity as we needed it urgently. Braun ear thermometer. however it is available online at cheaper price so better purchase online along with the cap refills.

prep mine before delivery, using braun in ear baby therm. Ready 1 at least before 1st vaccination appt in case of fever.
