Currently 15 weeks pregnant

Hi mummies..now im already second trimester. I feel so much better and had an appetite to eat. Ever since i got pregnant, i always skip eating fish and now i miss eating my fish and if can,i wouldnt want to missed any healthy nutrients. Have to be cold water fish like salmon, cod, tuna, etc. Full of omega-3 and healthy fats for baby n u :)

try to rotate fish n chicken. fish has mercury avoid tuna.
