Pain on sides of upper back

Hello mummies/mummies-to-be! The sides of my upper body of my back (same level as to where my chest is), hurts a lot when i woke up this morning. When i press on the area, it aches a lot. I will also feel the ache when i hunch forward or lift my arms up. Only those specific areas are in pain, the rest of my back isn’t. Is this normal and what is probably the cause of it? What can I do to reduce the aching? Thank you! #firsttimemom #advicepls
