Coughing And phlegm

Hi mummies,i'm in my third trimester now and recently i've been coughing and having phlegms.I'm not sick tho but it randomly came.Everytime i woke up from my sleep there is always phlegm stuck on my throat.Does anyone have the same experience as me?#1stimemom

It is normal to have cold symptoms when expecting. We are vulnerable to cough as our immune system lowers during pregnancy so our body system weakens. That's why we are vulnerable to allergies and coughs. I had coughs on my 2nd tri.

No. It is better to take advice from your doctor . since you are so close to birth.

Can take 1 spoon of lemon juice + manuka honey to treat the cough and phlegm
