Blood clot in uterus during first try

Hello mummies I’m hoping someone can give me some reassurance. Today was my 1st gynae consultation. Doc did vagina scan and said I have multiple blood clots in the uterus. He said the yolk sac is there and the gestational sac is there but seem a little small (seems like a 4 week sac rather than 6 weeks) based on my first day of last period. However, I told him my cycle is usually longer than 30days, sometimes I get period on the 38th or 39th day due to my age (40). He then said maybe I ovulated later so I am actually later than I thought. Just wondering if anyone had experience with multiple blood clots and would that affect the baby ? Thanks all! I’m a FTM so am Pretty worried
