Hi mummies! I'm on my 17weeks is it normal to have difficulties in sleeping at night and having a bad headaches? #2ndtrimester

I had these too. I think just check your blood pressure regularly to make sure it’s alright, try to create a good pre-bedtime routine (including no phone usage or stimulating activities. Instead, do relxing things and not think about stressful things, so you have the right frame of mind to fall asleep), and try to rest a little during the day time too. I took paracetamol when the headaches were really bad.
