hi mummies i sprained my back pretty bad and im currently 35 weeks in... Wanted to help husband do some laundry so I bend down to load the front load washing machine.. Thought nothing much of the ache at first but it became quite bad through the day I can't lie down because the pain will escalate and make it worse.. husband tried to help me up but made the pain is so bad 💀💀i can only sleep sitting down Are there any remedies that can help? I have 1 last work to do before i go on leave and its important i finish it on site of work.. Should i get a walking stick?#advicepls

No remedy to help but you can get a makcik urut professional in PN/PP massage to help you. Otherwise you can inform dr/gynae for painkiller.
