PEM confinement advise for nanny names

Hello mummies! I am keen to approach PEM for my confinement as they are the only one that really responsive to our messages. But am shocked to see quite a number of negative reviews here. Can anyone share their nanny’s names with me for the good and bad ones also? I’m a first time mummy and does not have any family members to help me after I deliver, really hope you can advise! Thank you!

There are always good and bad reviews. I honestly think that it’s also because w are individuals w different expectations. Some of my friends shared that the experience will be better if you can communicate what you want the confinement lady to do and what boundaries not to cross clearly. Regardless of which agencies you choose, you need to be comfortable. The hormones after birth can really mess up your emotions so jiayou!
