Remedy to alleviate cramps

Hi mummies I am first time mum and still waiting to see gynae, am at wk6.. I just experienced my first intense cramps last night. Can i take panadol/paracetemol to relax the pelvic muscle? I couldnt sleep the night

Regular strength Panadol is okay for early pregnancy. We actually have a medicine feature on this app. Take it for a spin :)
