Movements on and off in 20th week of pregnancy

Hi Mummies, I experience mild poking kind of feeling in my lower abdomen but it is very on and off. For example yesterday so felt it frequently but today I haven’t felt it at all. Is this normal ? This is my first pregnancy so a bit worried #firstbaby #plsadvice

Yes it’s normal to feel baby’s movements infrequently at 20 weeks as baby still has ample space to move around. Sometimes when you’re out and about, it may be harder to notice or feel baby movements too. Usually the movements become more frequent towards the end of the 2nd trimester.
