Hi mummies, I dont feel like eating or even drinking anything. Im at week 7 day 6 today and tomorrow is my appt! Should i be worried. What can i eat and drink? Im afraid i might vomit it out all again.

Just eat and drink whatever doesn’t make you feel nauseated for now, as long as it’s fully cooked. You don’t need to eat full meals. Sour sweets may help the nausea
