Spotting in wk5 and continue even after eating duphaston

Hi mummies, How long did the spotting last for you? Even after seeing doctor and getting Duphaston (eat progesterone pill day and night), I am still having spotting. Sometimes it seem a bit heavier but the color is still brown. It has been 10 days now and it does not seem to improve. Has anyone experienced this before?
