Nasal congestion and use of steroid spray

Hi mummies, Does anyone use steroid nasal sprays to manage sinus issues / nasal congestion? I’m 12 weeks pregnant and have been having waking up due to nasal congestion for weeks. Gynae’s recommendation is to use antihistamines. Just wondering what other pregnant mums do to manage nasal congestion.
