Nausea sickness

I totally understand how frustrating that is, especially when it's lingering longer than your previous pregnancies. Every pregnancy can be quite different, so it's not unusual for the timing to vary, but since your doctor has flagged it, might be good to check in with them again or get a second opinion if you're unsure about the medication route. A few of us mums have found that the nausea does eventually ease off, but it helps to have professional support in the meantime so you can actually manage your day-to-day without feeling so awful.
