I don't have personal experience with A1 specifically, but I would strongly suggest calling KKH's billing department directly as they are usually quite helpful in giving you an estimate breakdown for C-sect with epi under private. You can also ask them about the Medisave withdrawal limits so you can plan how much cash to set aside on top of that.
