Hi mummies Anyone experiencing bloated tummy at 6weeks preggy? Tummy bloated, feel hungry fast and tired.. is this normal?

yes I sometumes bloated and hungry at the same time and when I ate, sometimes I get gastric/ heart burn. my doc said its normal
