A few of my mum friends who went through emergency surgery while pregnant all say the key is follow post-op instructions closely (rest, avoid heavy lifting), gentle scar massage once it's healed, and telling your gynae about the surgery so they can monitor closely as your belly grows, most said the scar stretched but managed fine, tapi everyone's different.
