tailbone pain relieve

hi mummies! do yall experience tailbone pain during pregnancy? few weeks back i experienced tailbone pain & can be relieved by walking/lying down but these few days it doesn't work for me anymore. it was so painful whenever i sit or while standing up from chairs and bed. anything that i can do to relieve tailbone pain? im planning to go for a prenatal massage #pleasehelp #advicepls #firsttimemom #firstbaby #FTM

massage might help but do go after 20th week. the uterus weight could be pressing on the nerve at the moment. give it a few more weeks the weight may shift again and the pain my subside
