i was in b1 class. they kinda provide almost everything for u. u can even ask them for more maternity pernieal ice pads when you still have some left. this really really helps to soothe down there! also, get a herbal perineal spray that you can use after going to the toilet. it helps to soothe and make the stitches heal quickly. ♥️
