Hi Mummies.. just wondering, if C-section, after give birth can straight away use abdominal belt?
I saw a few belts in shopee which says can use for C-sect.. if can use, how early to start using it? Anybody tried, is it painful?
Can use the oils on tummy before putting on the belt?
Asking in advance, cos most probably gonna give birth through C-sect😔#firstimemom
