Hi mummies, just wondering if babies are 3 months old able to recognise faces and people?

Mine started recognising around 4mo but still able to be carried by people she never see before. Now at 7.5mo…… don’t even think about it 😂 I tried wearing back my specs (she has never seen me with specs) and she cried like 😵
