3 months old recognise faces and people ?

depends on the baby. when I sent my LO to ifc when he was 2months old, the teachers feedback that he can recognize face people and environment, so he had a hard time adapting cos he prefers home and mummy 😅 some people say only at 4-6MO then can recognise
