Old wives tale - baby dust

Hi mummies, wonder if anyone heard of sending baby dust through giving unused sanitary pad for anyone who wishes to have baby? Upon giving the pad, should she keep it or use it ? TIA

i would say use it. i keep it under my pillow for the longest time no news at all.
