I have not personally seen Dr Paul Tseng, but my friend delivered under him at Thomson and she mentioned he is quite relaxed about routine tests and lets you decide together with him rather than ordering everything automatically. She felt it was a good experience overall because he explains what each test is for and you can have a proper conversation about whether you really need it.
