That looks like cradle cap - it doesn't only affect baby's scalp, but also eyebrows, neck and ears. If it doesn't irritate your baby, then I wouldn't worry. Just use mild, hypoallergenic soap to cleanse. Don't rub as you might aggravate it.
put some baby oil on cotton bub and gently clean the ears. very effective in cleaning ears and moisturising them as well.
it is quite common, babies in my house are like that too. normally i clean it with wet cloth or wet cotton
Apply some baby oil or coconut oil and gently massage it. It will come off.

It's perfectly normal. So dont worry about it. I just leave it on its own.
after bath moisture the ear (external only).
