In my first trimester too. My gynea said its up to me but said 1st trimester is very early and full of uncertainties. Suggested to wait till 2nd or 3rd when pregnancy stabilises.
I am also pregnant and I still have some doubt about taking 1 st dose. How about check with your doctor?
