Any mummies whose LO got a fever after the 5 in 1 vaccine jab? Can share what to take note of? How long did the fever last?

My LO only had mild fever the day after her jabs. doctor advised us to just wipe her body with damp cloth to bring the fever down.. He did give us fever medication but only as a standby if her fever goes too high. Thankfully her fever went down after few sponges.
