I really feel you on this, first-time pumping can be so overwhelming and it's hard to know where to start. I don't have personal experience with the Hegen specifically, but a friend of mine uses it and she said she started on the lowest suction setting first to let her body adjust, then slowly worked her way up to find what felt comfortable and gave her the best output. She mentioned it took a few sessions to figure out her sweet spot, so don't get discouraged if the first couple of tries feel a bit off leh. Wishing you a smooth pumping journey ahead!
