I was still working in the office while I’m pregnant, and still have to travel west to east and east back to west every single day.. 90% of the time, I have to stand all the way to the office in the morning cause everybody pretend to sleep when I step into the train. I only become giddy when I don’t eat enough or when I stand/sit too quickly. So I stand/sit as slowly as I can. I keep small snacks with me also. But usually if I drink chicken Essence in the morning, I’m pretty ok during the day. Rarely feel giddy.
