Hi mummy,
I stayed at a single ward and they provided me with: (whichever I can remember)
1) Toiletries
2) Post partum pad
3) Ice pad
4) breastfeeding support pillow
5) towels for showering
6) You can ask to rent for a breast pump if necessary
For baby:
1) Baby diapers
2) Swaddle (u can bring it home if you don’t have one)
3) Baby cap
4) Wet wipes
