Spectra flange

Hi mummies! Where can I buy a spectra 20mm flange or smaller? I'm currently using S1 pump and a 24mm flange but it is still too big! TIA!

I got maymom flange from shopee instead they have smaller size and suitable for spectra too.

    sorry to hijack here. isit just get flange from maymom will do? any other parts needed to connect with the spectra? thanks!
