Hi mummies, when do you start to drink coconut water? And what kind of coconut water do you get? From the can, coconut itself(young and old)?

The canned one is not really effective. Drink from real coconut (old one) at beginning of final trimester onwards.

get the young coconut (green one) and drink together with the flesh... so ur baby will come out "clean"
