Hi mummies, what’s your frequency of needing to eat? I feel like I need to eat carbs every 2 hours, or I get quite uncomfortable. And I can eat almost a full meal every time I eat, which is quite worrisome as I don’t want to gain too much weight or risk GD! Even waking up and drinking Milo with crackers is not enough for breakfast, only enough to gain some minimal energy so I can go and buy more food. must eat some noodles as a second breakfast then nausea will settle.
