I did so after 12 months. Eggs can be a source of allergen so better to be safe than sorry. After 12 months, u can introduce both yolk and white. But remember to ensure they are fully cooked. 😁
I introduced at 6mo, however I didn’t do seperately… I just do steamed egg with both yellow and white 😅.
6.5 months.. egg yolk first for 3 days then egg white, as recommended by PD
