hi mummies what’s the first soild food you introduced to your baby? also, at how many months? my mil kept telling me baby is suitable to eat soild (he is 5m 5d now) pls advise
Should depend on baby size, if baby is chubby start and continue with vegetable purées, avoid sugary and starchy foods. If baby is on a thin side try fruits and cereal
I started cereal at 5.5m (she can sit assisted without wobbling), then followed by fruits puree.
I don’t feed everyday, maybe once every 2-3 days.

I add in bm to the cereal instead rather than cereal in milk bottle, then spoon feed 😊
