Went with traditions with rice purée but after initial constipation then ditched it and went with lots of fruits & vegetables instead

Plain porridge for 4 days, then carrot puree for another 4 days.. Next will be brocolli puree and other vegetables purre. Mine is 6months 6 days today.

3 months plng po pinatikin na namin sya Ng grapes, pero dila lang, then orange, ice cream, and ngayon 6 months na sya.. solid foods na..

5days rice porridge, 1weeks rice+carrot and snack banana, 1weeks rice+tomato and snack dates, 1 weeks rice+pumpkin and snack apple

Plain porridge and applied the 4days rules. Next is broccoli and fruits as a snack. Also to monitor if any allergies reaction and poop.
