Stillborn

Any mummies went through giving birth to a stillborn baby? Was 36weeks pregnant, baby had no heartbeat. When they took her out, they found my cord to be very twisted causing little to no oxygen and nutrients to flow to her :( Any mummies went through the same problem but gave birth to a healthy rainbow baby?
