Hello mummies. Do u all wash ur hands 1) before changing baby diaper & apply diaper cream 2) before washing baby bottles

no and no. Btw, do wear gloves when washing baby bottles. The soap had damaged my skin barrier to the extent tt it simply wouldn't heal, and my skin would keep splitting even though I moisturise them day and night. Best to avoid it in the first place by wearing gloves.
