Mine I guess but it’s not like super shedding type but rather can find some dry skin or dirt in the nipple crevices. So when bathing I usually rub them out as it’s easier with some water to remove…I started using moisturizer or nipple cream more consistently and it helped the dryness so you may want to try it too.
