Prenavit vitamins and folic acid

Hi Mummies, Just want to ask...the doctor prescribed this prenavit vitamins but i forgot to ask if it is okay to take with folic acid in a day also? Just want to ask all your opinions if it is okay to take the vitamins and folic acid in one day? Thank you?

    Yes. Some vegetables and other foods naturally have folic acid too. But we take it in the first trimester for the baby’s neural tube deveopment
