Eat carbs and fruits especially durians and sleep more! Eat in moderation due to risk of gestational diabetes

Avocados everyday, almonds and walnuts aa snacks. And try to take more proteins i.e. fish, chicken and tofu.

It’s a licence to eat anything! Kidding 😋 drink more milk, especially the kind for pregnant women.

Hmm, drink lots of milk and eat rice (I have been gaining slowly) and fruits too! 💪🏻
