Any mummies using cloth diapers? May i know how to clean the poop?

Iniisplash ko ng water from bidet sa toilet yung liner para matanggal muna yung poops then tsaka throw sa trash. Then yung mismong cloth diaper and insert, binababad ko muna ng baby detergent sa medyo maligamgam na water para maalis stain tsaka winawash ng normal :)
