Baby spring cradle / 摇篮

Hello. Any mummies use the motorised baby spring cradle / 摇篮? Is it ok to rock the baby all the way till she wakes up? Or should I switch off after 30 mins? My baby tends to wake up n start crying once I switch it off =/
