Hi mummies, do you use head pillow for your newborn? #firsttimemom

Some PD don’t recommend pillows till they are abt 1yr. Mine is not using pillow up till 2yrs and it’s really their preference at this stage. I avoided pillows for risk of suffocation. Did not have flat head because baby is not always on one side when sleeping.
