Hi mummies, trying to purchase life and maternity insurance, there's a form which the insurance agent wanted my gynae to fill up and sign cause I am underweight. It's mainly to declare that i dont have the stated conditions. Called the clinic and was told that there's a $100 charge for that. Just wondering if anyone encountered this and could share, thanks!
